Bear
Bear the Katahdin Ram is an impressive and dignified presence in the pasture. With a large, powerful build and a rich, earthy brown coat, he stands out as a solid, formidable figure. Unlike more outgoing rams, Bear’s reserved nature gives him an air of quiet strength. He tends to observe from a distance, calmly assessing his surroundings with a watchful eye. His reserved personality doesn’t mean he’s unfriendly; rather, he simply takes his time before warming up to others. This cautious demeanor, combined with his robust size, makes him a reliable, steady member of the flock who holds his own in any setting. Coming from a long line of registered stock he holds a promising future with the ewes of our farm.

They are excellent mothers, known for their nurturing instincts and strong lambing abilities, and they form close bonds within the flock.
